Flatirons Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization which provides home ownership opportunities for low income families who cannot afford to purchase homes through conventional methods. Homes are built using tax-deductible contributions of land, materials, money, the labor of volunteers, and the ?sweat euity? of prospective homeowners. Monthly payments made by Habitat families on their interest free mortgages are put into the ?Fund for Humanity? to fund the building of additional homes.
